Free beta, by invitation

For women holding a whole life together.

Djournee is an AI assistant that helps you plan each day, and remembers the details with you.

Tell Djournee what’s going on, in your own words. It lets you know when two things clash, and lightens the plan on the days you need it to. You stay in charge of what changes.

A small group will be invited to the free beta, before the launch. The beta is open to people in Canada (outside Québec for now) and the United States. Joining the list takes just your name and email, and costs nothing.

See what Djournee can do for you

Is Leo’s school closed Friday?
Overlap caught

Yes, Leo’s school is closed Friday for a PD day, and you have a full workday. Want me to lighten Friday?

Sound familiar?

A call at 3:30. School pickup at 3:45.

  • 3:30 pm · Client callWork · with Dana
  • 3:45 pm · School pickupFamily · 20 min drive

Nothing in your calendar looks wrong. But you can’t be in both places. Djournee lets you know when two things clash, so you can decide what to do, in time.

What it does today

Much more than just a calendar.

You ask, and Djournee works it out with you. This is what the free beta already does, shown exactly as it looks in the app.

  • Answers in your words

Ask in plain language, in English or French. It proposes, you decide.

  • Fits the day you have

Full, reduced or essentials. It lightens the plan when you need it to.

  • Plans around school

Paste a list of PD days or upload the school’s calendar. An uploaded file is read once, then deleted.

  • Keeps pets in the picture

Vet visits, medication and birthdays, with a profile for each pet.

  • Helps across your whole life

Family, work, pets and your own time, in one picture.

  • Catches the clash

Pickup lands on a client call? It lets you know, and suggests a fix you can change.

How it works

You ask. It lets you know. You decide.

  1. Tell it what’s going on

A message, a school list, your calendar.

  2. It lets you know what matters

In time to plan around it.

  3. It proposes. You decide.

The call moves only if you tap.

Nothing has changed in your plan yet.

Different

What makes it different

  • No guilt.

Nothing turns red, and nothing counts the days you were behind. A task that slips just moves.

  • Always your call.

Nothing that involves another person changes until you tap. It drafts, you decide.

  • Made for a whole life.

Work, family, pets and your own time, in one place that shows how they connect.

The story

Built by someone who lives the problem

Giselle Tavares is a working mother of two, with a full-time job and a business of her own. For more than 20 years, as a project manager and developer, she has made complicated things run smoothly for other people. At home, she was still the one holding it all together.

So she built the assistant she needed: one that remembers with her, notices when two things collide, and makes the hard days lighter. Every feature has to take something off your plate, never add one more thing to manage.

The white pillowcase.

“My son needed a white shirt for tie-dye day. It was on the calendar on our fridge, and I still missed it. With no white shirt at home, I sent him with a white pillowcase so he could join in.

Between a full-time job, running a business, managing our finances, and remembering school forms, party bags and teacher gifts, even the things I wrote down slipped through. I was already carrying the guilt.

I built Djournee to carry the remembering with me, and to lighten the days when I can’t do it all.”

Privacy

AI is never trained on what you tell Djournee.

Your information stays with Djournee. It’s used to help you and to run Djournee safely, and never sold.

Privacy is part of how it is built, not a footnote.

Read the Privacy Policy
  • Read once, then deletedWe don’t keep your files. Files and screenshots are read to pick out what matters, then deleted. From your calendar, Djournee keeps only each event’s time, title and location, never a copy of your calendar.
  • Stored in CanadaEncrypted when stored and when sent. AI requests may be processed in the United States.
  • Kept only on AWSYour information is kept and processed only on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Your browser’s push service (Apple, Google or Mozilla) gets only what it needs to deliver an alert, never what you tell Djournee, and a password check gets only a scrambled fragment, never your password or who you are.
  • Health details only with your yesWithout it, Djournee still helps and saves no health details.
  • Connected calendars stay in their laneFrom Google Calendar, Djournee reads only the calendars you choose (and their names, so you can choose). During the beta, it only reads them, and you can disconnect any time.
And this is only the beginning.

For a small group, invited early

Free beta

A small group from the list will be invited to use Djournee before the launch, free during the beta. What you tell us will shape what gets built next.

The beta is only open to people in Canada (outside Québec for now) and the United States. Djournee plans to open to everyone there, Québec included, at the launch. Djournee is for adults 18 and older.

Not everyone on the list will be invited early. Invitations are given out by hand.

For everyone on the list

Everyone on the list hears the moment Djournee launches.

What does your day include?OptionalThis helps us choose who to invite first. You can skip it and still join the list.
How did you hear about Djournee?OptionalWe only count the answers. Yours is never kept with your name or email.

We use your answers only to choose who to invite, and delete them with the list. How you heard about us is only counted, never linked to you. If you came through a tagged link, we note which one.

“My own business”, “A rental property” and “Caring for a parent” are planned add-ons. They aren’t part of the beta.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly

How does the free beta work?

A small group from the list will use Djournee before the launch, free during the beta. Not everyone on the list will be invited to the beta: Giselle chooses by hand, and your answer to “What does your day include?” helps her. What they say shapes what gets built next. Everyone on the list hears the moment Djournee launches, with the launch offer; people invited to the beta get their own launch offer by email. The beta is only open to adults 18 and older in Canada (outside Québec for now) and the United States.

Where is Djournee available?

Djournee is available in Canada and the United States for now. We hope to come to more places later. The free beta is open in Canada (outside Québec for now) and the United States; people in Québec can still join the interest list. If you live somewhere else, please don’t join the list yet. Without the “I live in Canada or the United States” box ticked, nothing is sent.

What is the launch offer?

Everyone on the interest list at the launch gets 20% off the first year on a yearly plan, or 20% off the first 3 months on a monthly plan. A personal code comes in the launch email and works for 30 days after that email. It can’t be combined with another discount. People invited to the beta get their own launch offer by email instead.

How is my information protected?

Your information is stored in Canada and encrypted, both when it’s stored and when it’s sent. AI requests may be processed in the United States. AI providers keep nothing, except that Amazon may hold a request flagged as possible misuse for up to 30 days. Files and screenshots you share are read, and then deleted. Your information is never sold and never used to train AI. It stays with Amazon Web Services, which hosts Djournee; a password check gets only a scrambled fragment of your password. If you turn on alerts, the alert itself passes through your browser’s push service (Apple, Google or Mozilla), which can’t read anything in it. From Google Calendar, Djournee reads only the calendars you choose (and their names, so you can choose), and during the beta it only reads them.

Does Djournee use my information to train AI?

No. What you tell Djournee is used to help you and to run Djournee safely. It’s never used to train, fine-tune or test any AI model, ours or anyone else’s.

Is there an app?

Djournee works in your phone’s or computer’s browser, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app. The iPhone and Android apps come when Djournee opens to everyone.

Which calendars can I connect?

Google Calendar in the beta, which Djournee only reads. Apple Calendar and Outlook are planned for later.

Is Djournee available in French?

Yes. Djournee speaks English and French from the first day. It follows your device’s language, and you can change it any time.

Can Djournee make mistakes?

Yes: it’s an AI, so it can be wrong. It proposes, and you decide. Nothing that involves another person changes until you tap, and a “That’s not right” tap corrects it.

When will Djournee open to everyone?

There’s no date yet. Everyone on the interest list hears the moment Djournee launches.
